The organization designs and produces its machines entirely in-house in West Flanders and is known for its quality and technical expertise. About 60 employees work on-site.
What will you do?
As a Team Leader of Assembly within our company, you are responsible for dividing tasks within your team, leading and motivating your colleagues, and ensuring good collaboration. You oversee the proper follow-up of the necessary output of your department.

* You have a technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
* As a team leader of the assembly, you are responsible for quality, continuity, and efficiency within the assembly department
* You are solution-oriented, persistent, and have a hands-on mentality: if necessary, you roll up your sleeves and get involved yourself
* You organize and assign tasks, set priorities, and determine the order of activities
* You are a team player, communicate smoothly, and make clear agreements

* You identify problems or bottlenecks that could hinder the assembly process and actively seek solutions to prevent future issues
