About Bolt Bolt is the very first energy platform that truly wants to make the Belgian electricity market sustainable. Through Bolt, customers can buy their energy directly from local, green producers — for example from Nico’s solar panels or from Stéphane’s hydropower plant. Traditional suppliers sell grey energy as green and do not help our country become more sustainable. As a Senior Energy Market Operations & Compliance Specialist, you will execute critical processes within the Belgian energy market and ensure that all communication and data flows between Bolt, grid operators, and other market parties are accurate and timely. You are responsible for managing switching, market messages (such as MIG/MIG6), budget meters, regulatory reporting, and monitoring complex market issues. Monitor the quality and timeliness of all market-related messages.
Manage the full budget meter process and ensure it complies with legal procedures.
Document market processes and help improve and secure them.
Support internal teams with expertise on market processes, regulations, and best practices.
