Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and hands on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People&Culture team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycles for different departments at Shiji and coordinate the onboarding process for our new team members.
The role
* Partner with Hiring Managers to develop job descriptions and align on the recruitment process coordination.
* Source candidates through various channels.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
* Coordinate interview schedules and provide guidance to candidates and hiring teams.
* Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for them.
* Extend and negotiate job offers, and manage the closure of the recruitment process.
* Coordinate the new employee’s onboarding process, and provide guidance and support on their first day at the company.
* Participate and support on People&Culture ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience hands-on end to end recruitment cycle (in-house or agency).
* Experience recruiting technical roles will be highly valued, but it is not a must.
* Fluent level of English and Spanish
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
