Your team
You will be part of the Service Integration tribe and lead the Cost Management, People & Communication squads. The team is part of the Euroclear Group Technology Services Division.
Role & responsibilities:
1. Manage, develop and retain a team of IT professionals
2. Build relationships, both internally and externally, with key stakeholders at all levels
3. Be the main contact in GTS for support divisions (HR, TMS, Finance, SPVM)
4. Provide services to GTS POs and Management for budgeting and cost management
5. Guardian of GTS divisional budget including infrastructure contracts
6. Owner of GTS cost transparency model, provide transparency on cost of GTS services
7. Financial project assessment for GTS costs, mainly for infrastructure impacts and impacts on the running costs of GTS, maintain a multi-year plan for Run costs
8. Support Investment Themes and projects driven by GTS
9. GTS hiring & recruitment monitoring and support, including support on creation of vacancies, budget monitoring, hiring, Purchase Order creation, PSL review and onboarding of both internals and contractors
10. Training & Skills evolution includes the follow up of critical technical skills for GTS division and respective upskilling paths to manage daps, creation of learning paths for GTS. Guardian of e-learning platforms offers for GTS and the point of contact for external providers
11. Communication GTS for GTS – organizing relevant divisional meetings and communication initiatives.
Required qualifications:
12. Strong experience in the IT industry and Finance
13. Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost estimation
14. Proficient in the use of financial tools
15. Ability to recognize emotions in others, and to understand other people's perspectives on a situation
16. The function requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills to influence decisions taken at senior management
17. Ability to balance between strategic thinking and details orientation
18. Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical skills
19. Team leadership capability/experience and ability to install confidence
20. Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with outstanding time management and organizational skills
