As SAP Service Delivery Manager, you'll ensure seamless SAP performance, manage vendors and SLAs, and drive continuous improvement across all SAP service areas.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead SAP support, incident, change, and problem management processes
2. Ensure service quality, SLA compliance, and user satisfaction
3. Collaborate with internal teams and external SAP partners to resolve issues
4. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and AMS budgets
5. Improve IT Service Management (ITSM) and SAP AMS processes
6. Promote best practices and support key user enablement
What You Bring
7. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
8. Proven experience in SAP support, service delivery, or as an SAP key user
9. Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills
10. Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
11. Knowledge of ITSM frameworks (, ITIL)
