You take ownership of your business scope, combining business development, client relationship management, and talent collaboration, while contributing to a high-performance and human-centric environment.
This is a 360° business role, with a strong focus on strategic business development and long-term client partnerships.
Business Development
Lead the full sales cycle: from opportunity identification to contract closing
Client Relationship Management
Talent & Consultant Management
Follow-up on consultants’ missions and support their development together with Talent Management
Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Marketing, and Events
Contribute to employer branding and business positioning
5–10+ years of experience in business management, consulting, or business development
~ Proven track record in developing and managing client portfolios
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
Languages
Fluent in English
French and/or Dutch required
