Your role as a Business Analyst
As a Senior Business Analyst at Randstad Digital, you will be deployed on strategic projects at top-tier companies (including banking, Telecom, public sector, and energy).
Requirements Engineering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
Process Optimization: MAP 'As-is' processes and design efficient 'To-be' workflows (using BPMN, UML, etc.).
Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between C-level management and technical development teams.
End-to-End Guidance: Support the implementation phase, perform functional analysis, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Agile Mindset: Work closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to refine the backlog and ensure value delivery.
What are we looking for?
Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments.
Methodology: Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. Familiarity with BABOK standards is a plus.
Languages: Given the Brussels context, you are fluent in English and have a professional command of Dutch and/or French.
Tools: Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Enterprise Architect.
Soft Skills: You are a strong communicator, analytically minded, and capable of navigating politically sensitive environments.
