As a Portfolio Management Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding all administrative matters. This key role involves working closely with portfolio managers to ensure seamless customer service.
Main Responsibilities
* You will monitor customer files and maintain strict adherence to KYC/AML procedures.
* You are responsible for opening and closing bank accounts, as well as coordinating stock market instructions with external partners.
* Active data quality maintenance in our CRM is essential, including personalized communication and report preparation.
* You will play a crucial role in organizing customer visits and ensuring the correct application of our investment policy.

Profile Requirements
* A native Dutch or French speaker with good command of the other language, and at least intermediate English level.
* 5-15 years' experience in finance or accounting, with strong knowledge or interest in financial services and markets.
* Demonstrate proactivity, efficiency, and ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
* Familiarity with digital systems, especially those related to data management and stock market order placement.
* Careful attention to detail in data processing and verification.
* A customer-oriented approach with effective communication skills.
* Autonomy, excellent organizational skills, and clear priority setting.
* Experience with MSFT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and CRM databases.
* Ability to manage stress, multitask under tight deadlines.
