We're looking for an IT Delivery Manager who will take ownership of day-to-day IT operations in the
Netherlands
. You'll ensure local teams work with the same standards, processes and applications used across the group, while helping deliver key projects such as the migration of local systems into the group application landscape. You'll be responsible for:
Delivering IT Projects Locally
* Coordinate the rollout of group-led IT projects across Dutch entities.
* Keep timelines on track, organise resources and minimise business disruption.
* Align with group PMs and update local stakeholders throughout the process.
Operational IT Service Management
* Ensure ITSM processes (incident, request, change) are followed correctly.
* Act as the first escalation point for local IT issues and service requests.
* Collaborate with group teams when incidents require deeper intervention.
Managing Local IT Partners
* Build and maintain a strong relationship with external support providers.
* Monitor their performance and ensure service quality meets group expectations.
Supporting Country-Specific Application Configuration
* You work hands-on with group-standard applications (think M365, Jira, Confluence, HubSpot CRM, Bullhorn ATS, ionBiz (Visma), Simplicate, AFAS,and others) ensuring the Dutch landscape mirrors group standards.
* Configure applications according to group guidelines.
* Ensure local teams can rely on stable, consistent tooling.
* Provide feedback to the Group IT Delivery Manager on performance and improvements.
Upholding Group Standards for Hardware, Connectivity & Networks
* Enforce group guidelines for laptops, devices, connectivity and networking setups.
* Coordinate with service providers to troubleshoot, upgrade and optimise infrastructure.
Enabling Smooth Collaboration
* Act as the bridge between local business teams and the Group IT organisation.
* Translate local needs into actionable IT tasks.
* Keep teams aligned on priorities, expectations and timelines.
What are we looking for?
You enjoy solving problems, bringing structure and being the person people rely on to get things done.
* You have
3–5 years of experience
in IT delivery, IT coordination or IT service management.
* You bring a broad interest in IT: infrastructure, applications, security, service processes.
* You think analytically and can translate issues into clear actions.
* You know how to drive projects and keep stakeholders aligned.
* You communicate clearly, professionally, and in a way people understand.
* You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent by experience
* You are
fluent in Dutch and English
(French is a plus).
* You
live in the Netherlands
or in the
north of Belgium
so you can be in our Dutch offices (Rotterdam, Utrecht, Amsterdam) multiple teams a week
