Your mission is to drive growth, ensure operational excellence, and position Sopra Steria as a trusted partner for banking insurance companies. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute business development strategies aligned with Sopra Steria’s growth ambitions. /li liAct as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders across finance and insurance organizations. /li liRepresent the Banking Insurance sector internally and externally, contributing to the overall Consulting strategy. /li liContribute to major bids and commercial proposals, providing strategic input on positioning, value proposition, and overall competitiveness. /li liBuild and lead a dedicated team of +/- 30 people to ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction. /li liRecruit, onboard, and develop your team to strengthen capabilities. /li liDrive financial performance and contribute to profitability goals (own P/L responsibility). /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProven consulting expertise in digital transformation of banking services, interoperability, and data strategy. /li liStrong account management and negotiation skills. /li liAbility to define vision and build market presence in the finance insurance sector. /li liExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management. /li liFluent in English; additional languages are a plus. /li /ul h3Prerequisites /h3 ul liSuccessful track record in consulting and delivery within the Banking Insurance Sector. /li liEstablished network across financial insurance Institutions (from project managers to decision-makers). /li liAbility to represent the company externally through events and thought leadership. /li liCommitment to Sopra Steria’s values and fundamentals, leading by example. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pOur employees are known for making bold choices and delivering results.
