JOB DESCRIPTION:
The scope of our contract is to bring assistance with a right-hand Project Executive, in the context of complex electrical infrastructure programs involving tertiary buildings such as hospitals, care facilities, schools, and technical sites requiring high standards of safety, performance continuity, and energy efficiency.
The Key responsibilities expected from our on-site delegate might include:
Support projects by facilitating communication between stakeholders and progress towards objectives
- Manage complete project: financial, technical, commercial, execution.
- Coordinate multi-technical activities and studies.
- Ensure project progress and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate relation with the client.
- Lead and organize site follow-up.
- Negotiate and handle contractual aspects.
- Plan and prioritize project phases.
- Drive and report project performance.
Support projects with rational and data-driven assessments regarding costs, quality, and timelines
- Identify and analyze project risks.
- Monitor financial aspects and project costs.
- Evaluate technical and contractual compliance.
- Assess quality, planning, and performance indicators.
- Review and validate technical and financial documents.
- Supervise and follow the execution of works.
Support projects through high-quality and detail-oriented execution, ensuring accuracy and meeting expectations
- Execute and oversee electrical installations (BT/MT).
- Develop and implement technical studies.
- Design and integrate detection, data, and safety systems.
- Install and maintain lighting, cameras, and fiber optics.
- Implement and test photovoltaic and charging systems.
- Prepare and document project deliverables.
- Adjust and improve technical solutions during execution.
The experience we are actively looking for:
- Proven experience in managing multi-technical electrical projects in tertiary or industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of BT/MT systems, safety, and energy infrastructures.
- Ability to coordinate technical teams and interface with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with contractual and financial project management.
- Confirmed professional level in project execution and client coordination.
- An entrepreneurial experience or ambition is a plus (extra-professional or extra-academic is a great start).
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Valid single permit for non-EU citizens.
