We are looking for a SharePoint & O365 Expert to support a long-term migration project and provide advanced assistance to end users. The consultant will work closely with the existing SharePoint expert as part of a two-person team and will play a key role in the migration from legacy environments to SharePoint Online.
Mission context
Primary focus on data migration from NAS / in-house solutions to SharePoint Online.
Support end users through workshops, training, and advanced troubleshooting.
Occasional work outside business hours (evenings/weekends) may be required for migration activities. Extra hours can be recovered during the week.
Key responsibilities
Migrate data from local NAS folders to SharePoint Online using the SharePoint Migration Tool.
Assist end users with complex SharePoint Online issues (e.g., broken links in Office documents, access management, permissions).
Conduct workshops and training sessions to guide users through the new environment.
Collaborate with the SharePoint expert and project team to ensure smooth delivery.
Prepare and execute migration plans, documentation, and communication for impacted users.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Certifications in relevant technologies are considered an asset.
Work location & telework
50% on-site / 50% homeworking.
No travel expected outside the main location.
Required experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
