We are looking for SAP APO/IBP Consultant who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will:
* Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP APO/IBP modules, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management.
* Work on SAP ECC Support / enhancement for SAP APO/IBP Functional Modules
* Analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs.
* Ability to troubleshoot the issues, change the configuration, create new configuration
* Develop functional specifications for custom development objects and coordinate with technical teams (SAP ABAP) to ensure successful implementation
* Collaborate with other SAP functional teams, such as MM, SD, and FI/CO, to ensure end-to-end process integration
* Ability to interact at all levels of clients' organizations. Strong analytical verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ideal if you have:
* Advance English / Intermediate Spanish.
* APO/IBP
* Advanced knowledge of processes: APO gATP - (global Available to Promise), APO PPDS - (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling),
* Advanced knowledge in: IBP Supply, IBP For Demand, IBP Capacity, IBP Order Based and CI-DS) with users.
* Knowledge of the integration structure using CPI-DS / SDI
* Hands-on experience with SAP APO/IBP configuration and customization
* Business oriented to support our client to perform (IT and Business)
Good to Have:
* Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
* ITIL V4 certification is a big plus.
* Knowledge in AMS Support tools, as ServiceNow
