About the Role
We are looking for two experienced Technical Infrastructure Designers to join our Hosting service. You will play a key role in designing, evolving, and securing large-scale IT infrastructures in a complex enterprise environment, supporting more than 1,000 users. The role combines on-premises expertise with modern hybrid and Azure cloud architectures.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, define, and maintain robust technical infrastructure architectures aligned with business and security requirements
* Act as a technical authority for infrastructure and systems design in a predominantly Windows-based enterprise environment
* Design and evolve on-premises infrastructures (compute, storage, networking, virtualization)
* Define and implement hybrid cloud architectures, integrating on-premises systems with Microsoft Azure
* Support infrastructure modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption and optimization
* Collaborate with operations, security, and application teams to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability
* Produce and maintain architecture documentation, technical standards, and design guidelines
* Participate in technical decision-making, reviews, and roadmap definition
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and best practices
Required Experience & Skills
* 5+ years of experience as a Technical Infrastructure Architect / Systems Architect in a large enterprise environment (1,000+ users)
* Strong hands-on experience with on-premises infrastructures
* Solid expertise in Windows server environments
* Proven experience designing and implementing Azure cloud and hybrid cloud architectures
* Good understanding of networking, virtualization, storage, backup, and disaster recovery concepts
* Ability to translate business needs into scalable and secure technical designs
* Strong documentation and communication skills
Nice to Have
* Experience in regulated or critical infrastructure environments
* Knowledge of security-by-design and infrastructure hardening
* Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus
