We are looking for an experienced Azure Site Reliability Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in building scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance, ensure availability, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence in a dynamic environment.
1. You will design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks for deployment and scaling, while integrating reliability into CI/CD pipelines and improving system performance and scalability.
2. You will manage monitoring tools and proactively ensure system health, identifying and resolving issues before they impact users, and providing 24/7 on-call support for critical infrastructure.
3. You will respond to and resolve incidents efficiently, conduct thorough root cause analyses, and implement preventative measures to maintain long-term system stability.
4. You will develop and maintain internal tools that enhance reliability, streamline operational processes, and support the enforcement of security controls across all systems.
5. You will conduct capacity planning, define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and ensure system resources and performance align with business needs.
6. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to system documentation, and ensure best practices are followed in architecture, configuration, and governance.

Qualifications
7. You have at least 5 years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer or DevOps role, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure and a proven track record managing scalable cloud infrastructure.
8. You have strong scripting skills in Python, Azure CLI, or PowerShell, and hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
9. You have in-depth knowledge of Azure services including virtual machines, storage, networking, and hybrid cloud architectures, along with solid expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
10. You have experience using monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Grafana, Splunk, or Elastic Stack to ensure system visibility and performance.
11. You have a solid understanding of cloud networking concepts including VPNs, subnets, NSGs, load balancing, and hub & spoke models, as well as Azure governance and cost management practices.
12. You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
13. You have fluent English, an additional language proficiency in French or/and Dutch is a plus
Preferred Skills : (preferred but not mandatory).
14. You have Microsoft Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (preferred but not mandatory).
15. You have familiarity with technologies like Kong, Event Hubs, or Dapr.
