This is your opportunity to drive impact at scale, leading complex IT production initiatives for our client and shaping the backbone of their digital transformation. Why This Role Matters As Program Manager, you will be the Initiative Owner for critical IT Production projects, ensuring seamless delivery, stakeholder alignment, and technical excellence. Your leadership will directly influence service availability, operational resilience, and the success of Agile Production Services. The stakes are high: you will bridge business and IT, challenge assumptions, and deliver solutions that matter. What You’ll Be Doing Own and drive IT Production initiatives from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements Lead cross-functional teams, manage conflicts in prioritization, budget, value for money, and scope Monitor and control initiative progress, ensuring delivery of expected results Facilitate stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels (ExCo, Tribe, Squad) Organize and lead Agile ceremonies, including Scrum of Scrums and Quarterly Agile Planning Identify, log, and resolve impediments at the initiative level, creating a safe and trust-based environment for open communication Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT suppliers, challenging both to achieve optimal solutions Report to the Chapter Lead of IT APS Transversal Roles, ensuring transparency and alignment Contribute to the sharing of technical experiences across IT OPS Engineers and APS Teams Protect teams from unexpected workloads and align with IT Production Management What We’re Looking For Master’s degree or equivalent by experience At least 15 years of strong experience in a similar function, with a professional track record of 20 years Proven ability to understand and challenge complex infrastructure architecture design documents Experience leading large-scale infrastructure migration projects (preferable) Experience in the banking sector (preferable) Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills Team spirit and ability to thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments Proactive, quick self-starter with strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills Flexible, accurate, and control-minded with a strategic mindset Fluent in French and Dutch (both required), with good proficiency in English You are and think Agile Technical & Business Skills IT Production and Infrastructure Project Management Agile/Scrum frameworks Stakeholder and Change Management Complex technical documentation analysis Banking/Financial Services experience (a plus) Language Proficiency French: Fluent Dutch: Fluent English: Good Other Requirements This is a freelance position for 12 months, based in Brussels, Belgium Certification: Not required Travel: Not applicable Ready to build the future with us?
