Your Role: As a consultant, you’ll work on operational projects focused on digitalization within Life Sciences. You’ll collaborate with clients in pharma, biotech, and medtech to deliver impactful solutions in areas such as:
Project Delivery Implement digital tools (e.g QMS, MES, SAP, Veeva, LIMS, …) and platforms in regulated environments
Conduct data analysis and reporting to improve operational performance
Client Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying business needs and proposing tailored digital solutions
Serve as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring digital solutions are aligned with both strategic goals and operational realities
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments (R&D, Quality, Regulatory, IT)
Work closely with data scientists, IT experts, and business analysts
Contribute to sustainable, innovative deliverables within cross-functional teams
Your Profile Master’s degree in Science, Bioengineering, Data Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
1–5 years of experience in consulting, data, IT, or digital transformation within Life Sciences
Fluent in English and French or Dutch
Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate technical insights into business value
Understanding of regulatory frameworks (GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EMA Annex 11) and familiarity with data integrity and validation principles (CSV)
Experience with project management or Agile methodologies is a plus
