We are looking for a Scrum Master to train, develop & improve general knowledge and performance of the team. The person will need to make sure the members of the team are in line with the Product Owner to assure a well delivery at their best capacity.
Primary Tasks and responsibilities
- Help enhance people/technical strengths and competences
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology
- Help organize personal/company performance plan
- Analyze and understand strengths and weaknesses of the situation in order to define an improvement plan to be implemented
- Help the product owner and development team to better work together and achieve the necessary result at best of their abilities
- Critically assess the situation and help the team define priorities
- Help resolve conflicts and issues that occur
- Communicate the progress and enhance internal communication between the Product Owner and the team
- Assess the strengths of individuals/teams and teach them to use them effectively
- Guide clients in learning to complete tasks
- Help in the development of motivation and skills
- Provide coaching in effective specific techniques
- Monitor and evaluate progress of the client making sure the team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Keep records and documentation and prepare appropriate reports
- Support the product owner
Requirements
Technical Skills:
Technical profile requirements
- +5y experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master
- Very good knowledge of Software Development
- Very good knowledge of Project/Program Management
- Working knowledge of Java principles
- Excellent reporting skills
- Excellent communication skills
Methodology/Certification requirements
- Master Degree or equivalent through experience
- Expert knowledge of Agile methodology
- Scrum Master Certification
