The Senior Vice President of Global Operations is responsible for formulating and executing the company's global operations strategy, overseeing regional business operations systems, and driving improvements in operational efficiency, resource optimization, and sustainable growth. Working closely with the senior leadership team, this role supports the company's long-term development objectives and enhances customer value by establishing operational excellence mechanisms and optimizing supply chain and process management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Formulate and implement global operations strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall growth objectives.
* Lead the global operations team, fostering cross-regional business synergy and standardized management practices.
* Optimize production, supply chain, logistics, and service processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability.
* Establish a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) framework to continuously monitor operational performance and drive improvements.
* Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities to maximize resource utilization and operational returns.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and other functional departments to ensure efficient business execution.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering Management, or a related field.
* 20+ years of experience in operations management, with a background in multinational corporations or global business management.

* Proficient in supply chain management, process optimization, and operational excellence frameworks.
