American Express are looking for Customer Care Professionals to join their Customer Engagement Network in Belgium.
The proposed work regime will be hybrid including 3 days per week in the office in Brussels and 2 days per week working from home in Belgium.
The incumbent will work 38 hours per week in shifts ranging from Monday to Friday 08h00 till 18h00.

As a Customer Care Professional, you will be a part of the team within our Customer Engagement Network which develops lasting relationships with our Card Members.

1. Deliver extraordinary care on inbound calls to a wide range of American Express customers with a variety of requests
2. Help propel your team to success
3. Build meaningful relationships through consultative questioning to ensure added value for the customer
4. Offer custom solutions and negotiate a positive outcome for the customer and American Express, aiming for first call resolution when possible
5. Meet and exceed quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets
6. Document necessary information

Minimum Qualifications
