Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair of our photo spectro meters and other devices on customers’ site.
* Organize your agenda and contact customers to schedule interventions.
* Interact with customers to detect potential needs and opportunities.
* Diagnose and resolve technical hardware issues on connectivity, functioning and performance of Instruments and their components.
* Use standardized processes and procedures to do maintenance and resolve issues.
* Test and troubleshoot using diagnostics software.
* Escalate problems to appropriate support resources.
* Accurately process and document service requests using a CRM (Salesforce) software.
* Keep up with our new product releases and advanced servicing techniques.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology or equivalent
* Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware
* Service-oriented mindset
* Understanding of what the customer needs
* Team player attitude
* Fluency in Dutch and English
* Ability to travel extensively within Belgium and The Netherlands, with occasional travel to other European countries (e.g. France)
* Valid driving license enabling travel throughout Europe
* VCA certificate

The position is based in Belgium with the ability to travel extensively within Belgium and The Netherlands, with occasional travel to other European countries (e.g. France). This role is a hybrid role in line with current company policy.
