Description
* You are responsible for the complete management of insurance files, from start to finish;
* You arrange the initiation of files and draw up the necessary contracts;
* You make changes to the files where necessary;
* You will close files in the later stages of the process;
* You will immerse yourself in the technical and legal aspects of insurance, specifically branch 21;
* You will act as a reliable sparring partner for our customers.
Profile
* Has starter experience in the insurance sector, with a strong focus on group and life insurance as a valuable addition;
* Feels energized by maintaining customer contact and building long-term relationships, and excels at identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions;
* Prefers a personal approach in interactions with customers and feels confident answering customer questions over the phone;
* Has experience with UL3 insurance software or is willing to learn; this is a plus;
* Is a team-oriented communicator who can collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, and always strives for an excellent customer experience;
* Is fluent in both Dutch and French and can communicate effortlessly in both languages.
