Job DescriptionYouo will be responsible/managing the following service expectations:Administrative service within the purchasing department.Strict follow-up of the purchasing process and the creation of purchase orders within the deadlineSupport the internal customer & suppliers regarding the purchase orders on SAP and the Ariba networkCreation/modification/adaptation of purchase orders in SAP in different purchasing groups.Creation and follow-up of contracts in SAPMonitoring of functional mailboxesProcess optimization and collaboration with Excellence teamRequirementsMedior experience or Interest in logistic or purchasing processesGood practice of SAP MM and Microsoft applicationsKnowledge of SAP Ariba is a plusGood analytic, organizational competencesBachelor's degree in a technical and/or administrative field or equivalent experience.Ability to establish a good relationship with internal customersBe proactive and communicate with easeKnowledge of the purchasing process is essentialTeam player and willing to assist other team members when necessaryAutonomous, willingness to learnAdditional requirements:French or Dutch mother tongue, good knowledge of the other national language.
