Responsibilities:
ExecutionofCountryAffiliateBrandPlanning:
·Facilitateacoherentdigitallandscapeacrossthefull PH portfolio&optimize visibility, availability and thefull customer journey across online channels.
·Drive, execute and deliver bestdigitalpracticestomaximizebrandimpactinalignment with overarching BNL marketing strategy across Rx and OTC.
·Drive, execute and deliver performance results of all digital marketing campaigns, here under paid media activities, to achievesalestargetsinlinewithspecifiedobjectivesasidentifiedintheBrand/Category Plan.
·Support Farm Animal Business (FA) on an advisory level in digital marketing.
ExecutionofCountryAffiliateDigitalPlanning:
·Drive digital strategy and implementation of prioritized projects in BNL, to support business growth.
·Drive media strategy,develop and execute media plans, overseeing the entire process from planning and budgeting to performance tracking and optimization.
·Maximize campaign effectiveness and impact. Drive channel and campaign activation, define campaign KPIs, analyze performance, and advise on optimization strategies to maximize ROI.
·Secure optimal reporting and KPI tracking on digital campaign performance, with actionable insights.
·Facilitate and manage all channels required for activation of digital campaigns,, websites, social, search, email/marketing automation and oversight of outsourced tasks.
·Facilitate and manage all supporting digital management platforms,, social media management tool, DSP’s ( Facebook ads manager), CMS, CRM, marketing automation tools etc.
·Lead & support all global and local roll outs and projects within Digital Marketing
·Drive knowledge sharing and increasing digital skills in the team, conduct trainings on new software and tools, share insights on trends and technology and support a better understanding of digital in general.
Executionof eCommerce and online key accounts planning:
·Drive eCommerce strategy and implementation of prioritized projects, ensuring optimal product visibility & availability across online retail channels in Benelux, to support business growth.
·Partner with Brand Managers and sales leaders to execute eCommerce strategy.
·Align,execute andfollow uponmarketingagreementswithkey onlinepartnersinBNL, facilitating and managing campaign and marketing material and securing implementation.
·Drive knowledge sharing and increasing eCommerce capabilities within the team.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education/Experience
1. BA or MA in business, marketing/digital marketing, communication, or related field.
2. 5+yearsofexperiencewithinamid-to-largesizecompanyresponsibleforbuildingand executing digital marketing strategies.
RequiredSkills
3. Strong digital intuition and comprehensive knowledge of both strategy and applied measures within digital communication, marketing and eCommerce.
4. Demonstrated experience developingandleadinghighperformingdigitalprogramsand oversight of agencies & partners.
5. Extensive understanding and demonstrated experience driving results in eCommerce.
6. Demonstrated experience driving results through each of the following digital marketing channels: Search (SEO, SEA), social media (paid and organic), website and programmatic advertisement.
7. A proven ability to set-up and effectively utilize leading digital marketing analytics platforms ( Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.); to identify and report on insights important to driving the business.
8. An understanding of and experience working with supporting digital marketing technologies such as CMS, marketing automation, CRM and eCommerce platforms.
9. Ability to effectively interact and influence management, senior leaders and executives.
10. Empathy and passion for the animal health business
11. A result driven team player able to work in and with a proactive team with a high degree of customer focus.
12. Written and verbal communication skills in the local languages and English.
13. Personal accountability and strong drive for execution.
14. Ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks.
