Your role involves effectively creating strategic objectives and translating them into specific operational and tactical goals, in line with the company's budgetary principles, for all operational departments. You will develop quarterly and annual operational business plans, implement key performance indicators (KPIs), and evaluation tools to lead your teams. In this approach, you will adopt a long-term vision and advocate for continuous process improvement.As a true leader, you will adapt your leadership style to achieve objectives while creating a positive work environment conducive to performance improvement and employee well-being. Your ability to motivate and develop your teams is essential to achieving operational excellence.Your role as Director of Operations requires great versatility and adaptability in a constantly evolving environment. This key role requires a unique combination of skills in operational management, leadership, strategic planning, and continuous improvement, all while respecting the company's safety standards and budgetary objectives.Your profileExperience: Successful experience of more than 5 years in a management position within a high-end technology/automated warehouse or production site.Technical Skills: Proficient in WMS, WCS, or similar systems, and AS400. Comfortable with the Office Suite. Knowledge of ERP systems is essentialLeadership: Charismatic leader and role model of exemplarity.
