Our employees are key ingredients to our success, and you will be responsible for HR support to a specific plant(s) on topics such as talent management, leadership development, early career programs, career pathing, mobility, and strategic talent reviews. For people managers in specific plants, you will act as the point of contact for specific HR topics. You are a trusted partner and will drive the implementation of global strategies and initiatives across plants. You will be responsible for influencing business strategy for people-related issues.

How you will contribute

You will:

1. Partner and build relationships with key stakeholders, understanding the impact of people decisions on the commercial/supply chain to fulfill business objectives, providing an outside-in perspective (plant roadmap, people plan, factory of the future).
2. Oversee site labor relations strategy, including communication, works council relations, and compliance.
3. Drive engagement on the plant culture agenda; coach leaders on cultural elements and organizational values, ensuring high performance work systems and effective plant learning management.
4. Partner with leadership teams on strategic priorities, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, early career programs, career pathing, succession planning, mobility, and strategic talent reviews.
5. Leverage data analytics to drive solutions and decisions, translating insights into actionable plans to impact the bottom line and support business strategy. Keep People Services informed of local legal and regulatory changes.
6. Support plant leadership in managing time and attendance systems and policies, coaching plant directors and leaders as needed, and supporting performance calibration where applicable.
7. Lead people processes and manage impacts of plant transformation with effective change management.

What you will bring

* Strong experience working with trade unions to implement change.
* A proven track record as a trusted, credible business partner who can engage, inspire, and influence people.
* Experience working with Lean Six Sigma to drive high performance.
* An active curiosity, insight orientation, and external perspective on people and business performance.
* Interpersonal savvy, planning skills, and the ability to deal with ambiguity.
* A future-focused mindset, thinking ahead and anticipating new opportunities by understanding market trends.
