Responsibilities:
1. Organization of the production process (process definition, process parameterization, standardization)
2. Developing improvement projects and proposing new solutions to optimize the production process/technology
3. Creating & managing process documentation (work standards, job instructions, and procedures)
4. Participation in designing processes for production lines, implementing new technologies, making changes to processes and products, and selecting tools.
5. Participating in machine acceptances, new launches, and transfers of production lines
6. Analyzing reports and production data
7. Coordination of process changes (communicating all changes in production processes to the relevant teams and ensuring their smooth implementation)
8. Reporting (preparing reports on production results, downtime, and efficiency)
9. Lean Manufacturing (implementing and adhering to Lean Manufacturing rules such as Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, 6S to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and increase production stability)
10. Participation in internal and external audits
11. Work with other teams to achieve common goals and continuously raise production standards
12. Ability to propose solutions to problems based on problem finding abilities & to plan and execute assigned tasks on their own
13. Consider specifications for automated equipment with suppliers and set it up
14. Create prototype products. Provide input from the production department to the design inside.
Requirements:
15. Higher education (technical university level)
16. 3 years of experience in a similar position
17. English language is must (C1 level)
18. MS Office
19. Group B Driving licence
20. SAP
21. PLC programming
22. IT networks
23. 2D & 3D documentation design
