Chocolate World is a Belgian reference in high end chocolate moulds, machines, and tools, trusted by some of the world's most demanding chocolatiers, pastry chefs, and brands.
We operate globally, but Europe is our most strategic playground, mature, fragmented, full of opportunity, and still largely untapped in terms of structure and ambition.
We are looking for someone who does not just want to manage a region, but who wants to build it.
This role is about ownership, intensity, and impact.
There is no fixed playbook, you will help write it.
Your mission
Drive and accelerate our growth across Europe
Build deep, long term relationships with key distributors, chefs, and partners
Identify opportunities others do not see, and turn them into concrete actions
Act as a central force between markets and HQ
Bring structure, focus, and ambition to how we approach Europe
