Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop strategic relationships with key off-trade customers in the non-food channel.
* Negotiate annual agreements, pricing, and promotional plans to deliver sustainable growth.
* Develop and execute joint business plans aligned with customer and company objectives.
* Drive distribution, shelf presence, and visibility of product ranges across retail partners.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer performance to identify opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and category teams to ensure execution excellence.
* Deliver against sales, profitability, and market share targets.
* Provide regular performance analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.
* Proven experience in Key Account Management within FMCG, preferably in non-food or general merchandise.
* Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills.
