You will be joining a foreign diplomatic mission based in Brussels that represents its country's interests within Belgium, the European Union, and various international institutions.

Assist diplomatic officers during social, business, and official events
* Maintain updated contact lists for diplomatic networks: embassies, EU institutions, and multilateral organizations
* Support filing and administrative tasks for the Deputy Chief of Mission
* Assist with protocol notifications (Belgium & EU) and VIP courtesy requests for delegations
* Answer phone calls, manage emails, and relay messages appropriately
* Welcome and receive guests and delegations
* Review the general mailbox and distribute emails to the appropriate officers
* Manage and update weekly schedules and appointments
* Assist diplomatic officers with drafting and formatting correspondence
Profiel
* Initial relevant administrative experience
* Fluency in French and English (other languages are considered an advantage)
* Professional, discreet, and diplomatic communication style
* Flexibility to occasionally start earlier or stay later when required
* Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and reliability
* Clean criminal record (mandatory requirement)
