Dries Van Noten founded his eponymous brand in Antwerp, Belgium, in 1986. He is widely recognised for his distinctive approach to craft, combining refined tailoring with bold eclecticism. His signature use of print, texture, colour, and silhouette continues to define a style that exists beyond seasonal trends. Today, Dries Van Noten collections are available in stores across Europe, the United States, and Asia, as well as through a global network of wholesale partners, and online. The brand has recently expanded into beauty and fragrance, complementing its ready-to-wear and accessories collections. In December 2024, Julian Klausner was appointed Creative Director. Having worked closely with Dries since 2018, his deep understanding of the house’s identity ensures continuity while opening a new chapter for its future.
Mission
Reporting into the HR Director, you play a key role in supporting the organization during a period of growth. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager to ensure HR operates as one integrated team with clear responsibilities and a consistent way of working. In this role, you will also manage one direct report: the Payroll Executive.
Role & Responsibilities
* Overseeing the end-to-end payroll process, including reporting and reconciliation with Finance.
* Ensuring full compliance with social legislation, tax requirements, audits, social inspections and all legal obligations.
* Managing annual HR budgets, including headcount planning, payroll forecasting, cost projections
* Leading the annual salary review and benchmarking process, our Workforce Architecture plan, in partnership with the Group.
* Preparing HR reporting, benchmarks, analyses and simulations that inform strategic decisions.
* Maintaining close collaboration with Group HR and Finance to refine and enhance processes, and to align group procedures, systems and policies with local legislation.
* Owning HR IT systems and digital workflows, and guiding further development.
* Coordinating all administrative HR processes: contracts, documentation, employee files, absences, policies and compliance for local and international employees.
* Leading, coaching and supporting the Payroll Executive.
* Overseeing Health and Safety topics and ensuring correct implementation of related procedures.
* Coordinating the company car fleet and managing all related administration, including fuel cards and parking.
