Responsibilities
* Translate planning processes into system functionality and workflows
* Liaise with the OMP vendor for updates, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing
* Collaborate with client teams to understand supply chain planning needs
* Configure and implement OMP modules, particularly around operations or production planning
* Support user training and change management efforts
* Stay current on new features and developments in the OMP platform
What We’re Looking For
* Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
* Hands-on experience with OMP
* Good understanding of operations or production planning processes
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
