Job Description: As a Business Analyst consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and process improvements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, gather and analyze data, and provide actionable insights to support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and scope.
• Gather, validate, and document business requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Create visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Support the development and implementation of new systems and tools.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and system functionality.
• Provide ongoing support and analysis to enhance business operations.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, BPMN) is a plus.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
