We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background in SAP project implementations to lead and manage complex SAP initiatives. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in SAP Project Management, a technology-related academic background, and good English skills for daily conversation and interaction with global teams .
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage SAP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
* Apply SAP Project Management best practices, focused on SAP implementation, rollout, and transformation projects.
* Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including functional, technical, and business stakeholders.
* Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
* Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
* Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and steering committee updates .
* Facilitate project governance, decision-making, and stakeholder communication.
* Ensure compliance with internal methodologies, standards, and quality processes.
* Work closely with global teams and clients, supporting collaboration across regions.
Required Qualifications
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in Project Management, with strong exposure to SAP projects .
* Proven experience in SAP Project Management, specialized in SAP implementation projects .
* Academic degree in Technology (Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields).
* Solid understanding of SAP delivery models and project lifecycle.
* Experience working with multicultural and distributed teams .
* Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies .
* Good English skills for conversation, meetings, and collaboration with international stakeholders.
