Business Process Analyst – ERP Migration (Construction) Our customer in Hasselt is looking for a Business Process Analyst to support an ERP migration within their construction environment. The role focuses on analysing and documenting business processes, supporting the transition from current systems to a new ERP solution, and ensuring alignment between operations and system capabilities. Responsibilities Analyse and document current business processes across departments Identify gaps between existing processes and target ERP solution Define and document to-be processes aligned with ERP capabilities Support requirement gathering related to ERP migration scope Work with stakeholders to validate process changes and impacts Support data migration activities from a process perspective Profile 5 Years experience as a Business Process Analyst / Functional Analyst / Business Analyst Knowledge of ERP systems and migration approaches Understanding of business processes within construction or project-based environments Dutch speaking Additional Details Location: Hasselt Start: ASAP Duration: Long-term assignment Work setup: Hybrid Industry: Construction Freelance
