As a Medior/Senior Analyst Developer, you bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You play a central role in the analysis, design, development, and maintenance of software systems and services within the Industrial IT landscape. You combine a strong analytical mindset with hands-on development skills, translating complex business processes into robust, maintainable applications — with a pragmatic approach to learning new systems and a commitment to extending and improving existing ones.
Your responsibilities will be to:
* Analyse internal customer demands, translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, and align priorities with IT site managers and the Head of Industrial IT Apps CoE
* Design and develop technical solutions based on validated business analyses, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and development guidelines
* Conduct structured analysis of existing systems and processes, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting system evolution
* Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems, communicating transparently with internal stakeholders throughout the process
* Support the relationship and day-to-day collaboration between subcontractors and internal teams
* Participate in guard duty and on-call support at site level
* Ensure compliance with current development and service management guidelines, and actively contribute to their further development
* Share technical and functional knowledge with other IT team members, acting as a bridge between business and IT
Requirements
Experience and Knowledge :
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
* Proven experience in both business/functional analysis and software development, with the ability to produce clear functional specifications and solution designs
* Relevant development experience with VB.Net and WinForms, as well as C# and Blazor
* Expertise in Visual Studio, .NET Framework 4.0+(migration to 4.8 is ongoing), LINQ, WCF, IIS, TFS/Git, Azure DevOps, Entity Framework, and NuGet Packages
* Experience building custom frameworks on top of the Microsoft Framework
* Strong knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture and Multi-tier Architecture
* Experience with MS SQL and Oracle databases; fluent in T-SQL
* Experience with pair programming and collaborative development practices
* Experience working in ITIL and Agile/Scrum environments
* Knowledge of Prince2 project management methodology
