We’re Hiring: HR Recruitment & Administrative Officer

Are you passionate about people, recruitment, and organizational excellence? We’re looking for an HR Recruitment & Administrative Officer to join our team and work on-site at a leading international company in the beverage industry.
In this role, you’ll support both HR operations and recruitment activities, helping to shape an outstanding employee and candidate experience. You will join a dynamic environment where proactivity, attention to detail, and collaboration are key to success.
Your Responsibilities:
Administrative
• Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries
• Organize and facilitate weekly People Cafés (employee Q&A sessions)
• Prepare HR-related communications and announcements
Recruitment
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
• Post job ads, screen resumes, conduct interviews & coordinate schedules
• Support onboarding for new hires and manage temporary/student recruitment
• Maintain accurate reporting and updates on open roles
What You Bring:
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR support
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems (HRIS)
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude
