Quality EHS Manager (M/F/X)On behalf of our client Xenics, we are looking for a dynamic and communicative leader to head their Quality and EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) departments. You will be joining a high-tech international environment with numerous challenges and responsibilities in both the production department and other areas of the company.Your ResponsibilitiesShaping the QEHS culture in line with Xenics’ strategic goals and defining Quality KPIs while facilitating management reviews.Leading and developing the QEHS team.Maintaining the QEHS management system with a focus on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance. Leading internal and (re)certification audits.Taking initiative together with the EHS team to ensure workplace safety.Leading complex 8D investigations and RMA cases in the context of a zero-defect (0-PPM) mindset, including reporting to customers.Monitoring internal production quality and introducing quality checks on incoming goods, during the production process, and on final products.Collaborating with the RD department for supplier selection, developing a Supplier Quality Manual, and conducting supplier audits.Your ProfileBachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.Experience in Quality and EHS, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Knowledge of ISO standards, audits, and quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, etc.Experience with customer interaction, complaint handling, and leading teams.Excellent command of English.
