VIDAL ASSOCIATES Consulting & Search, a leading executive recruitment firm in France and internationally, is recruiting on behalf of Château de Bousval a Sales & Business Development Manager (M/F) .
Located about 35 km from Brussels, Château de Bousval is a young and ambitious Belgian vineyard producing high-quality organic and biodynamic wines. The estate has already gained strong recognition and aims to reach a curious, food-driven and international clientele looking for elegant, fresh and terroir-driven wines .
In a competitive and international wine market, the company is now looking for a hands-on commercial leader to drive its next phase of growth.
Your Role
Reporting directly to management, you will lead the commercial development of the winery, combining strategic thinking with strong operational involvement .
Business Development (B2B & B2C)Define and implement the commercial strategyDevelop new business opportunities and actively prospect new clientsBuild and manage a portfolio of key accountsExpand distribution channels including HoReCa (hotels, restaurants, cafés), wine shops, distributors and corporate clientsDevelop direct-to-consumer sales (private customers, e-shop, winery sales)Lead negotiations and close dealsThis is a field-oriented, entrepreneurial role, where you will directly contribute to the winery's commercial performance.
Marketing & Brand DevelopmentContribute to the marketing and communication strategyOrganize and participate in trade events, tastings and promotional activitiesDevelop and manage wine tourism experiences at the estateRepresent the brand with partners, distributors and clients
Operational CoordinationMonitor stock levels and coordinate logistics related to salesImprove and structure commercial processesTrack performance indicators and report on sales activity
Your ProfileProven experience in business development, ideally in wine, premium food & beverage, xphnsxz gastronomy or high-end productsStrong B2B sales experience required (B2C is a plus)Excellent prospecting, relationship-building and negotiation skillsAutonomous, entrepreneurial and results-driven mindsetAbility to structure and grow a developing businessStrong interest in terroir products and sustainable agricultureFluent in Dutch, English and French
