What will you be doing in this role? Gathering and analysing business requirements. Documenting business requirements. Business model and process analysis, and business processes modelling. Preparing final business requirements, epics, user stories, use cases, and functional tests for each release. Preparing Functional Specifications. Preparing data dictionaries. Proposing the UI-UX design compliant with European User Interface guidelines for website category of EU branded harmonised websites according to the Europa Web Guide. Analysis for low code / no code technological solutions. Risk analysis. Analyse documents delivered by stakeholders and prepare the implementation. Prepare the report from the stakeholder’s functional tests of each release. Log them, discuss with business owner and IT team, and if needed facilitate process of amending the requirements, epics, use cases and test cases. Report to Project Manager progress on Business analysis for current release, and on requirements gathering for the whole system. Contribute to release planning with help to prioritize topics for development. Advise Project Manager if the Business Analysis artefact delivered by contractors can be validated. Cooperate with internal IT Team Lead in defining the releases scope based on business requirements. Participate in the release planning meetings to propose requirements to be implemented. Propose testing plans. Help validating functional test cases. Update business requirements Confluence page. Plan, discuss, monitor, and prepare for validation the work of the Business Analysts outsourced IT team. Participate in the release planning meetings to propose requirements to be implemented. Participate in functional working groups and progress meetings. Requirements What will you be bringing to the team? Bachelor's degree and 17 years of experience or Master's and 13 year's of experience in IT domain. Minimum 6 years of experience with analysis and modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.), BPMN, UML. At least 3 years of experience with software development methodologies (e.g. Agile ). Minimum 3 years of experience working with Confluence and Jira. No less than 2 years of digital health systems experience. Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis. Capability to speak to business and technical audiences. Strong critical thinker, by using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions. Proficiency of English language at C1 level.
