About the role:
As a Telephone Roadside Assistance Agent, you are the first point of contact for drivers who experience a breakdown while on the road. You remain calm, ask the right questions, and make sure every driver receives the support they need. You coordinate interventions with partner services and keep the driver informed throughout the process.
It’s a role with real impact: thanks to your composure, communication skills, and problem-solving mindset, you make a genuine difference during stressful moments.
Your responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from drivers experiencing vehicle breakdowns.
- Assess the situation by asking targeted questions and gathering essential information.
- Organise interventions and dispatch assistance to towing services, partners, or technicians.
- Follow up each case from start to finish, ensuring clear and proactive communication with the driver.
- Record all relevant data in the system (time, location, issue details, planning, updates…).
- Stay calm in urgent situations and consistently act with customer focus.

Profiel
What we expect from you :
- Strong communication skills and the ability to speak clearly, empathetically, and professionally over the phone.
- Stress resilience and the ability to maintain oversight in busy situations.
- A natural talent for problem-solving.
- Confidence in working with digital tools and administrative follow-up.
- Willingness to work in a shift system: early, late, day, night and weekend work.
- Experience in dispatching, customer service, or roadside assistance is an asset.
- Fluent in English, Czech & another Eastern language (minimum B2 level).
Aanbod
Fixed contract fixed term (no interim contract, yes Volvo Contract).
- Working hours: 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week.
- Full time schedule with rotation of weekends and night shifts every 6 to 8 weeks.
- Occasional Home Work.
- Vacation days: 20 days.
