What You'll Do
Collaborate closely with senior leaders to support organizational change and strengthen leadership capabilities.
Act as a supportive coach and mentor, promoting a culture of growth, inclusivity, and associate advocacy.
Partner on HR initiatives and programs that align with business priorities while caring for people's experience.
Support fair and consistent application of Belgian labor law and maintain positive labor relations.
Guide succession planning and talent management, helping individuals grow and thrive.
Encourage engagement initiatives and contribute to creating a high-performing, welcoming culture.
Listen, analyze trends, and partner with HR colleagues to design solutions that truly make a difference.
Serve as a collaborative thought partner on global initiatives to help the business evolve strategically.
Work across regions to align on shared goals, building connection, trust, and impact.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus.
8+ years of experience in HR business partnering or client-facing HR leadership roles.
Experience thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law and labor relations, including works council engagement.
Proven track record of coaching, mentoring, and supporting leaders and teams to grow.
Experience enabling organizational design and guiding teams through change with confidence and care.
Collaborative, influential, and skilled at building strong relationships across levels.
Ability to anticipate needs, think strategically, and make thoughtful, data-informed decisions.
Integrity, transparency, and leading by example with kindness and accountability.
Adaptable, resilient, and eager to learn in a changing environment.
Fluency in English and Dutch; French is a valuable asset.
Passion for nurturing inclusive, high-performing teams and creating meaningful impact for people and business alike.
