The Company – FinTech Recruitment Consultant

Focusing on placing high level technology professionals into Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, and FinTechs, you will receive all the right training and exposure to become an expert in your specific niche.

Working closely with the two directors, with over 30 years’ experience between them, you will become a huge part of the companies growth. They were only founded in 2018 and have already grown to a company of over 40 consultants, showing just how busy they are.

If this isn’t tempting you, the firm does a lot of work in the US and to build strong relationships with your clients, travel is encouraged!

The Benefits – FinTech Recruitment Consultant

1. Base salary of £26k, rising to £28k after probation
2. Ability to earn commission from day one
3. OTE in year 1 of £45k, year 2 £60k, year 3 £80k+
4. Training throughout your career on all aspects to make you a successful recruiter
5. Direct management from the two Directors who were top billers at their previous firm
6. Transparent career progression, seeing your first promotion in 6 months
7. Monthly team events
8. 2 annual holiday incentives – one skiing in The Alps, and one hot (Dubai, South Africa, Ibiza..)
9. 26 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off
10. Early finish Fridays at 3pm
11. Dress down office

The Role – FinTech Recruitment Consultant

12. Winning new clients through business development
13. Sourcing candidates through headhunting, advertising, networking, and using the company database
14. Interview potential candidates and progressing them to interviews with clients
15. Running the end-to-end process and ensuring both sides are prepared for interviews
16. Following leads on new clients or candidates
17. Maintaining a good relationship with your clients
18. Building your own online presence/brand/network
19. Negotiating the best package for your candidate

The Ideal Candidate – FinTech Recruitment Consultant

20. Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
21. Evidence of hard work (e.g., academia, work experience, extra-curriculars)
22. Examples of resilience
23. Team player
24. Fluent in any European language is ideal however not essential
25. Ambitious and wanting to progress
26. Competitive
