In this dynamic environment, you will:
* Actively reduce downtime and enhance the efficiency of the installations.
* Ensure seamless availability and flow of material handling systems, specializing in pallet and box transport.
* Champion continuous improvement initiatives in both technical and organizational facets within a KPI-driven, lean maintenance framework.
* Utilize and expand your expertise in corrective and preventive maintenance.
* Take ownership of scheduled maintenance and repairs, analyzing errors and developing strategic action plans with your team to prevent future issues.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues, leveraging their support and our dedicated services to tackle complex problems effectively.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for installations, ensuring all incidents are recorded with precision.
Profile Description:
* You possess a technical degree in areas such as maintenance techniques, mechanical engineering, electromechanics, or electricity.
* Bring your broad knowledge of PLCs — Siemens Step7, TIA Portal, and MoviTools — to the forefront.
* Your familiarity with Fieldbus, Profibus, drivers, scanners, and electrical diagrams will be an asset.
* You thrive in environments that include an on-call system and see challenges as opportunities for growth.
* Balancing independence and teamwork comes naturally to you, along with a keen sense for when escalation is necessary.
* Flexibility to work in shifts and fluency in Dutch or English are key attributes.
