The client are currently currently going through a Wero implementation, and need a Business Analyst on the front end to work on the implementation across their web and mobile side.
The role involves gathering and validating business requirements, performing functional analysis, and working closely with UX, development, and QA teams. Key initiatives include improving search functionality, enhancing user journeys for trading/investing features, and supporting the rollout of a chatbot functionality.
ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse, and document business requirements for mobile and web platformsTranslate user needs into functional specifications focused on UX and front-end functionalityCollaborate closely with product, design, and development teams in an agile environmentValidate proposed features and improvements with internal stakeholdersSupport functional testing efforts, contributing to quality assurance and delivery readinessParticipate in the design and optimisation of app-based trading/investing featuresSupport chatbot integration and related process enhancementsContribute to the continuous improvement of digital customer journeys
Profile5+ years of experience xphnsxz as a Business Analyst, ideally in a financial services or B2C settingProven experience with mobile apps, web front-end projects, and digital platformsExperience working on payments topicsSolid understanding of UX and customer journey designFunctional testing and QA support experience is a strong assetEnglish-speaking, with knowledge of French/Dutch
