We're hiring a Risk Management Lead to join our Deliver Risk Management team to ensure our finished pharmaceutical products move reliably from our sites to patients globally. This role will lead risk-mitigation initiatives across our global storage, transportation and distribution operations and will partner with regional/local operations leaders, 3PLs, consultants, and Supply Chain & Technology teams to implement action plans for driving measurable improvements to business continuity and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively managing risk mitigation projects and portfolio across the Deliver functions to ensure smooth and resilient operations and minimize customer supply disruptions related to logistics activities.
* Running risk databases, guaranteeing information integrity and tracking vs metrics to translate data into actionable insights.
* Ensuring effective adoption and implementation of comprehensive risk management frameworks in our network.
* Providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
* Leading specific risk exercises.
* Collaborating on initiatives related to Business Continuity, Resiliency, Cybersecurity and Operational Risks
* Developing dashboards and executive summaries for leadership.
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives using data analysis and process redesign, where applicable.
Qualifications:
Education:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Management, Supply Chain, Project Management, Logistics, Risk Management, Business, or related field.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
* A minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, distribution or supply chain roles. Prior responsibility in risk management related roles is a plus.
* English proficiency
* Project Management prior experience required.
* Skilled using Power BI/dashboarding tools, data queries and reporting to monitor critical metrics and drive decisions.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to influence and coordinate cross-functional and regional partners.
* Ability to transform data insights into operational actions and measurable business outcomes.
Preferred:
* Project management certification (FpX, PMI or equivalent)
* Hands-on experience in risk management roles or processes.
* Exposure to working across multiple geographies

* Estimated Travel requirement: up to 15%.
