Your responsibilities as a Pension Policy Advisor :
* Monitor and analyse Belgian and European developments related to supplementary pensions
* Define sectoral policy positions in close dialogue with insurance members
* Manage projects from A to Z: organize working groups, build consensus among insurers, and draft sectoral opinions
* Act as a contact point for questions regarding life insurance and pensions
* Represent the insurance sector in consultations with members and external partners, including regulators
* Contribute actively to major initiatives relevant to the professional association
About you :
* You hold a Master university degree, ideally in economics, actuarial sciences, commercial engineering, or a related field
* You bring experience in life insurance or occupational pensions, or a strong interest to develop in this field
* You are not afraid of technical or complex insurance matters and enjoy analytical challenges
* You communicate fluently in Dutch, French, and English
* You are an effective communicator with strong writing and presentation skills
* You combine a critical, curious mindset with drive and enthusiasm to learn
* You demonstrate interpersonal ease, tact, and diplomacy
* You are goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently
* You thrive in teamwork and value collective success
