I. Responsibilities
Design and produce visual content for the brand across social media platforms, with a focus on short video editing, motion posters, motion graphics, and related cover visuals.
Independently complete video editing, basic motion design, and overall control of rhythm and visual performance based on marketing and communication needs, enhancing content effectiveness in social media contexts.
Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to understand promotional goals and content strategies, translating information into clear and compelling visual expressions.
Continuously monitor trends in social media visuals and video content, constantly optimizing presentation formats and design language to elevate the overall visual standard of brand content.
Contribute to the development of motion templates, video packaging, and visual asset libraries to improve content output stability and efficiency.
II. Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Visual Design, Digital Media, Animation, Film & Television, or related fields; 2+ years of experience in video / motion graphics (outstanding candidates may be considered with less experience).
Solid visual foundation and strong aesthetic sense, with mature understanding of composition, dynamic rhythm, information hierarchy, and social media content formats.
Proficient in video and motion tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro; capable of independently completing video editing and basic motion design.
Skilled in design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma; able to produce video covers, motion posters, and related visual extensions.
Good communication and execution skills in both Chinese and English; able to efficiently advance projects in a multi-tasking environment.
III. Preferred
Complete portfolio cases of social media video or motion graphics projects.
Experience in templating and modularizing video or motion graphics assets.
Understanding of brand communication and content conversion.
