What You’ll Do
* Design and develop mechanical systems and precision assemblies from concept through production.
* Create and manage 3D CAD models, drawings, and documentation using tools such as SolidWorks.
* Define materials, tolerances, and design specifications to ensure robustness and manufacturability.
* Prototype, test, and refine mechanical designs to validate functionality and performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to transition designs from prototype to production.
* Support verification, validation, and continuous improvement activities.
About You
* Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
* 3–5 years of experience in product design and development, preferably in the medical, life sciences, or precision engineering sectors.
* Strong proficiency in 3D CAD (e.g., SolidWorks) and experience with mechanical design for manufacturing.
* Hands-on experience with prototyping and testing mechanical components or assemblies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a structured approach to design challenges.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary setting.
* Familiarity with regulated or quality-focused industries is beneficial.
