We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lifeguard to join our team at David Lloyd Clubs. With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools, our Lifeguards play a vital role in ensuring poolside safety and providing exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Lifeguard to join our health and wellness team and contribute to the delivery of a high-quality service. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for:
* Ensuring pool areas are compliant with Health and Safety regulations;
* Conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines;
* Maintaining accurate documentation and records;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent;
* A passion for health and fitness;
* Strong engagement, communication, and active listening skills;
* A team player mentality, happy to share knowledge and best practice.
